Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

This privacy policy is provided by tang3cko, an independent game developer. It applies to all games and apps published by tang3cko on any platform, and to the websitetang3cko.com (together, the "Services").

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share data collected through the Services with third parties other than those named in this policy.

2. Advertising in Our Games (Google AdMob)

Not all of our games show ads. This section applies to those that do. Where ads are shown, they are served by Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google. When an ad is requested, Google receives information from your device, which may include your IP address and device information.

We configure AdMob to requestnon-personalized ads only. Non-personalized ads are not based on your past behavior or interests. However, even for non-personalized ads, Google still uses cookies or mobile advertising identifiers for frequency capping (limiting how often you see the same ad) and aggregated ad reporting.

Google collects, receives, and uses this data as an independent party under its own privacy policy. For details on what Google collects and how it is used and retained, see:

3. Your Consent (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our games ask for your consent before ads are served, using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form. The use of cookies or advertising identifiers described in section 2 takes place on the basis of the choices you make in that form, where consent is legally required.

4. Withdrawing Your Consent

If you gave or declined consent through the form described in section 3, you can change or withdraw that choice at any time from thePRIVACY OPTIONS entry in the game's menu, which opens the same form again.

Separately, you can reset or delete your device's advertising identifier at any time in your device's system settings — on iOS under Privacy & Security, and on Android under Google settings for ads. Doing so disconnects the identifier previously used for the purposes described in section 2.

5. Leaderboards

Some of our games offer an online leaderboard on mobile platforms. This section applies to those that do. Leaderboards are not available in our desktop builds.

Where a leaderboard is offered, it is operated by the platform's own gaming service — Game Center on iOS, provided by Apple, and Google Play Games Services on Android, provided by Google. These services identify you through the account you are signed in with on that platform. When you achieve a new best score, the game submits that score to the service so it can appear on the leaderboard. We do not receive or store your score ourselves, and we do not receive your platform account details.

Apple and Google each collect, receive, and use this data as independent parties under their own privacy policies:

If you do not want your score submitted, you can decline to sign in to the platform's gaming service, or sign out of it in your device's settings.

6. Online Multiplayer

Some of our games offer online multiplayer. This section applies to those that do.

Where online multiplayer is offered, it runs onEpic Online Services (EOS), provided by Epic Games. EOS signs you in to an online account and manages the game sessions that let you find and join other players. To do this, Epic receives the information needed to sign you in and to connect you to other players, which includes an account identifier and your IP address.

Single-player games, and single-player modes in games that also have multiplayer, do not sign you in to EOS.

7. Games Published on unityroom

Some of our games are published on unityroom(unityroom.com), a Japanese game-hosting site that is operated independently of tang3cko, and are played in your browser on that site. This section applies to those games.

unityroom operates the site itself and collects data as described in its own privacy policy, which includes cookies, access and activity logs, and the analytics and advertising services it runs on the site. That collection is unityroom's, not ours, and we do not receive it. unityroom collects, receives, and uses this data as an independent party under its own privacy policy:

Where such a game has a scoreboard, the game submits your score and a scoreboard number to unityroom so it can appear on that scoreboard. We do not send your name or any identifier along with it, and we do not receive or store your score ourselves.

8. The tang3cko.com Website

tang3cko.com is a static website. It has no user accounts, forms, or comment features, and it does not use analytics tools or set cookies.

Two third parties are involved in serving the website:

• Google Fonts. The website loads fonts from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When a page loads, your browser sends your IP address and browser information (such as the User-Agent) to Google in order to fetch the fonts. Google processes this data under theGoogle Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare. The website is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver the site and keep it operational, Cloudflare processes request metadata (such as your IP address and request headers), and request logs are processed as part of the hosting service. Cloudflare handles this data under theCloudflare Privacy Policy.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

tang3cko does not itself store the data described in this policy. All of it is held by the third parties named in this policy — Google, Apple, Epic Games, unityroom, and Cloudflare — and is retained and deleted according to their own privacy policies, linked in the sections above.

Because we do not hold this data, we are not able to delete it for you. To request deletion, contact the party that holds it, following the process in its privacy policy linked in the relevant section above. You can also reset or delete your device's advertising identifier in your device's system settings, which disconnects previously collected ad data from your device.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time — for example, if we change how ads are served in our games or add new features that process data. The current version is always available at this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised. If a change materially affects how your data is used, the updated policy applies from the date it is posted.
